The Arizona Healthcare Workforce Center (AzHCWF) serves the citizens of Arizona by providing timely, relevant and reliable healthcare workforce solutions to healthcare organizations, state agencies, and all interested parties.
The Center was the vision of the Healthcare Institute, a non-profit entity of the Arizona Hospital and Healthcare Association. The Healthcare Institute serves as a resource and catalyst for healthcare workforce information and innovation to make sure that Arizona has a well-prepared, stable, accessible, and qualified healthcare workforce of professionals and assistive personnel. HealthWorks was established in 2007 as a key Arizona Healthcare Workforce initiative to address healthcare workforce needs in Arizona. As part of the Healthcare Institute's Mission, the Center was born and is Arizona's only repository for healthcare workforce resources and solutions.
