Nurse data was derived from the Arizona State Board of Nursing's licensure renewal process with data analysis provided by Arizona State University's Center for Health Information and Research (ASU CHIR). Pharmacy data was derived from the Arizona State Board of Pharmacy's licensure renewal process with data analysis provided by ASU CHIR.
